摘要
目的探讨后路减压椎间植骨融合椎弓根钉内固定治疗腰椎滑脱的疗效及适应证。方法回顾分析32例腰椎滑脱患者行后路椎管减压、植骨融合椎弓根钉复位内固定治疗的疗效,观察复位、融合、客观疗效评价及并发症等。结果随访时间3~27个月,X片示全部患者滑脱椎体复位植骨融合良好。结论后路椎管减压植骨融合椎弓根钉复位内固定治疗腰椎滑脱可取得良好复位和固定,植骨融合良好,有利于恢复腰椎的正常解剖结构,减少并发症发生,能取得满意临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the effect of the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with interbody fusion and pedicle screw fixation from posterior.Methods 28 patient with lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with interbody fusion and pedicle screw fixation from posterior were respectively analyzed.Results The patients were followed-up for 3-27 months.X-ray showed the vertebrals of all lumbar spondylolisthesis cases had good integration.Conclusion It has good results for replacement and fusion,conducive to the resumption of normal lumbar spine anatomy.
