健康管理对高血压病患者的影响

Effect of health care education on hypertension patients

目的探讨健康管理对高血压病患者的疗效影响。方法选择184例高血压病患者随机分为2组,对照组(92例)进行一般管理,观察组(92例)除进行一般管理外还进行健康管理。6个月后观察并比较两组患者血压、体重指数、血脂的变化情况。结果 6个月前后两组患者血压、体重指数和血脂改善情况都有改善(P<0.01和P<0.05),但观察组各观察指标改善情况更优于对照组(P<0.01和P<0.05);6个月后发现观察组有9例、对照组2例患者血压水平不需要降压药物干预而保持血压稳定,两组比较,有统计学意义(2χ=4.738;P=0.03)。结论健康管理对高血压病患者病情的改善更有利。

Objective To study the effect of health care education on hypertension patients.Methods 184 patients with hypertension were divided into two groups including observation group and control group in this study.92 cases in control group were treated with blood cholesterol and antihypertensive agent.The other patients in observation group were treated with health care based on the treatment of the control group.The change of hypertension and body mass index and blood fat of was observed for 6 months.Results The body mass index（BMI） and blood fat of two groups before and after treatment were improved,but the degrees of reduce of hypertension,BMI and blood fat of the observation group were more significant difference than that of the control group.Conclusions Health care is benefit and effective to hypertension patients.
