颈外静脉逆行穿刺留置输液在上消化道出血患者中的应用

Application of indwelling jugular vein retrograde infusion in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨颈外静脉逆行穿刺置管在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法将上消化道大出血患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,观察组采用逆行颈外静脉留置针置管输液,对照组采用向心颈外静脉置管输液,比较两组穿刺置管患者的满意度、留置时间、输液效果。结果观察组、对照组的留置时间分别为3.85±0.32天与2.79±0.96天,两组时间差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),两组患者单通道1 h液体补充量、对输液满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组一次穿刺成功率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论逆行颈外静脉穿刺置管病人感觉舒适,输液通畅,留置时间长,效果优于向心颈外静脉穿刺置管输液。

Objective To explore external jugular vein retrograde tube in patients application effect with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups（the control group and the observation）.50 patients in the observation group were used retrograde jugular vein catheter infusion.50 patients in control group were used the external jugular vein to the heart catheter infusion.The patient satisfaction,retention time and infusion effect were observed.Results The retention time of observation group and control group were 3.85±0.32 days and 2.79±0.96 days（P〈0.01）.The transfusion satisfaction of the two groups used single-channel added 1 h and the amount of liquid were significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The retrograde jugular vein catheterization demonstrates advantages on patient conformability,smooth infusion and retention time.
