无创正压通气治疗高龄AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭的护理

Care of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in treatment of elderly acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure

目的探讨高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(Acute Exacerbation Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Dis-ease,AECOPD)合并呼吸衰竭的无创正压通气治疗护理要点。方法总结无创呼吸机救治45例高龄AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的护理措施及效果。结果 45例中,41例效果满意,因病情危重改有创通气2例,死亡2例。结论有效的护理措施配合无创正压通气治疗能迅速纠正高龄AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼衰的病人重度缺氧和二氧化碳潴留,提高其生活质量。

Objective Study the care of old patients with AECOPD complicated with respiratory failure.Methods The effect of nursing in non-invasive treatment of 45 old cases AECOPD patients complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were analyzed.Results The effect of 41 cases was satisfaction.Invasive ventilation was used in e cases because of critical condition.2 cases were death.Conclusion The effective care for noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of AECOPD Complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure patients can correct the severe hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention quickly and improve their life quality.
