摘要
目的探讨降低社会因素剖宫产率的原因及护理对策。方法选择我院2008年1月至2009年12月剖宫产病例683例,其中2008年319例为对照组,2009年364例为实验组;对照组按常规产科护理要求实施护理;实验组通过社会因素剖宫产原因分析,采取针对性护理干预措施,并对两组效果进行比较分析。结果两组产妇社会因素剖宫产率比较,实验组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理的护理干预能有效降低社会因素剖宫产率。
Objective To research the reason and nursing strategies of reducing the rate of cesarean section for social factors.Methods The experiment group（364 cases） were treated with interference methods,which were control with control group（319 cases） treated with routine nursing.The effect was observed.Results The rate of cesarean section in experiment group was lower than that of control.Conclusion Reasonable nursing intervention could reduce the rate of cesarean section for social factors,effectively.
