矸石山预警指标基础参数的测试方法研究

通过论述矸石山预警指标基础参数及其形成原理,推断出矸石山表面温度测试衍生参数和计算需要的经验特性参数.采用热成像仪和间隔一定时期进行一次测试的方法分别对矸石山表面温度进行测量,得到矸石山表面温度分布图和反映矸石山动态变化特性的自热发展速度及发展趋势.测试研究表明,在矸石山易燃部位插入少量热管或者金属棒,测得温度参数预警指标,可以实现有效地进行危险预测的目标.

Through the discussion of basic parameters and formation principles, parameters derived from surface temperature and the experience character parameters of the gangue dump are deduced. By using the thermal imaging device and the interval test method, the paper measures the gangue dump surface temperature respectively and gets the gangue dump surface temperature distribution and the dynamic characteristics of selfheat rate development trend. Test results show that the basic temperature parameters of early - warning indicators gotten from inserting heat pipes or metal robs in the gangue dump flammable parts can achieve the purpose of the risk prediction effectively.
