摘要
隔核内注射α受体阻断剂酚妥拉明(10μg/2μl)或β受体阻断剂心得安(10μg/2μl)能阻断电针背部“穴位”镇内脏痛的效应,并可加强电针前肢“穴位”对皮肤镇痛的后效应,该结果提示隔核内的α受体和β受体被阻断不利于电针镇内脏痛,而有利于电针镇皮肤痛后效应的维持。
The work was carried out in conscious rabbits. With eleetrio stimulation of the Splanchnic nerve or the rabbit's ear tip skin to determine visceral or aomatio pain threshold. The stimulation consisted of a 600ms train of monophasic, rectangular-wave pulses (0.4m9, 40Hz) and a current increment of 0.1mA per step delivered every five seconds. Tho minimal electric current required to produce defensive response of forelimbs was taken as visceral pain or somatic pain threshold.Electro-acupuncture of bilateral 'Hua Tuo Jia Ji' points increased the visceral pain threshold and unilateral 'He Gu, Wai Guan' points increased -the somatic pain, threshold. Tho effect of electro-acupuncture on visceral pain could be reversed by pliontolamino or propranolol injocted locally into the septum. The analgesic effect of electro-acupuncture on somatic pain was not inlluenced by phontolamine or propranolol injected locally into tho septum, but tho threshold increased in 10-30 minutes as an aftcr-effect . These results suggest that bloakade of intraseptal α-or β-adrenergie receptors attenuates the analgesic effect of electro-aeupunsture on visceral pain and incrcayey the threshold of somatic pain as an after-effcet of electro-acupuncture.
