摘要
[目的]提高气管插管病人的插管成功率,减轻病人因插管固定不牢固而再次插管的痛苦。[方法]将225例气管插管病人随机分为研究组与对照组。研究组118例,采用扁棉带反∞字双套结固定法,对照组107例使用胶布固定法,比较两种方法气管插管脱出率和皮肤刺激发生率。[结果]研究组气管插管脱出率、皮肤刺激发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]反∞字双套结固定法固定效果明显优于胶布固定法。
Objective ：To enhance the cannula achievement ratio of patients undergoing oral trachea cannula,release the patients＇ pain of inv-cannula caused by tube fixation un-firm.Methods ：A total of 225 patients undergoing oral trachea cannula were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.118 cases of experimental group accepted colplanate cotton band inv-∞ fixation,107 cases of control group accepted coated fabric fixation,then to compare tube exodus rate and skin stimulus incidence of patients between the both groups.Results ：The tube exodus rate and skin stimulus incidence of patients in experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group （P0.01）.Conclusion ：The fixing effect of inv-∞ double casing tie fixation is much better than that of coated fabric fixation.
