欧洲城市棕地重建的最新实践经验——以BERI项目为例

The Newest Experience on Brownfield Regeneration in Europe:BERI Project as a Case

本文以BERI项目为例,引介1990年代以来欧洲城市在棕地重建方面新兴的解决方案和最佳做法。通过对若干具体案例的深入分析与横向比较,作者从土地利用,投资,公众参与等十个方面总结出欧洲城市棕地重建的最新实践经验,并在此基础上提出了棕地重建应当遵循的实践研究框架。

This paper takes BERI project as a case study,some newer solutions and the best practices of European brownfield regeneration from 1990s are introduced.Through in-depth analysis and horizontal comparison of specific cases,we summarize the newest 10 experiences on brownfield regeneration in Europe including land use,investment,public participation and so on.On this basis,we further make a study framework on brownfield regeneration.
