摘要
城市停车配建标准是城市建设过程中进行停车供给的依据。同时,完善的标准制定理念将有助于更好地规范停车供给,实现交通系统的平衡并且达到最大的社会效益。本研究的主要目的是为国内建筑物停车配建标准的制定理念提供一些参考与意见。因此,本文首先对国内主要城市建筑物停车配建标准的发展状况进行了概述,并总结了标准制定当中一些不适应社会发展的理念,通过分析国外发达城市制定停车配建标准的先进经验与理念,结合国内城市发展现状,提出了由最小停车标准向最大停车标准转变的停车配建标准制定理念,差别化停车供给理念和人性化、合理化的停车配建理念。
In the process of cities' construction and development,parking standards for buildings are references of supplying parking spaces.At the same time,a faultless instituting idea is helpful for standardizing the supply of parking,balancing transportation system,and maximizing social benefit.This research's purpose is giving some references and suggestions of instituting parking standards for buildings in domestic cities.As a result,this paper firstly summarizes the development of parking standards and some instituting ideas which do not get with social development in domestic cities,and analyses advanced experiences and ideas of parking standards in foreign well-developed cities.According to domestic urban development,this research puts forward an instituting idea of transforming the minimum parking standards to the maximum parking standards and a differentiated supply of parking with humanity and rationality.
