摘要
构建大湘西旅游经济圈，是促进大湘西经济社会快速发展的必然选择。就旅游资源、旅游网络、旅游交通、旅游业发展态势及政策环境等而言，构建大湘西旅游经济圈是完全可行的。构建大湘西旅游经济圈的主要途径是：建立健全多层面的合作机制，采取多种合作模式。
To construct the Great West Hunan tourism economic circle is an inevitable choice of promoting the economic and cultural development of the Great West Hunan. Considering the tourism resources, tourism net, tourism transportations, tourism industry trends and policy environment in West Hunan, it is entirely feasible to construct the Great West Hunan economic circle. The main ways to this grand construction are to establish and improve multi - level cooperation mechanism and adopt a variety of modes of cooperation.
