摘要
高等旅游教育人才培养目标的“非同质化”制定,是“非同质化”人才培养模式在高等旅游教育领域得以体现的前提。立足于高等旅游教育人才培养“非同质化”模式的定位,论述了高等旅游教育人才培养目标“非同质化”的内涵、特点及建议,以期为湖南高等旅游教育人才培养目标的“非同质化”制定,提供借鉴参考。
The non-homogeneousness control of talents - cultivating process of higher tourism education is the premise in which non-homogeneousness model in higher tourism education is embodied and the application talents-cultivating thought of higher tourism education is realized. The present article, based on the Higher of the Tonrism Education Training "non - homogeneous" mode of orientation, discusses the objectives of Higher Tourism Education Training "non-homogeneity" of the content, features and suggestions, in the hope of inspiring the rational development of talents-cuhivating process in the Hunan higher tourism education.
