摘要
为分析比较不同类型杜仲皮和再生皮中木脂素类活性成分的差异性,利用高效液相色谱法分别测定了深纵裂型、浅纵裂型、龟裂型、光皮型杜仲皮及再生皮中9种木脂素类活性成分的含量。结果表明:木脂素类主要药用活性成分松脂素二糖苷、丁香素二糖苷及9种活性成分总含量均以光皮型杜仲皮中最高;不同类型杜仲皮中木脂素类活性成分组成比都以松脂素二糖苷最高,以丁香素最低。研究表明光皮型、浅纵裂型杜仲皮和再生皮中9种木脂素类成分的含量相对较高,杜仲再生皮中木脂素类成分与杜仲原生皮相比没有明显差异。
Lignans are important natural active components in the barks of Eucommia ulmoides.To compare the properties of the lignans contents in barks and regenerated barks from different variation types of Eucommia ulmoides,contents of active components from 9 kinds of lignans were determined by method of high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The lignans sample was extracted from barks and regenerated barks associated with variation types of deep-vertical splitting,shallow-vertical splitting,chap and smooth,respectively.Highest content of key active component in relation to pinoresinol diglycoside(PDG),syringaresnol diglucoside(SDG)and total contents of 9 lingans were found in barks from the smooth variation of Eucommia ulmoides.Content of PDG was the highest and syringetin(SY) the lowest in all Eucommia ulmoides types.Comparing with the other two types,the contents of 9 lignans were relatively higher in barks of smooth variation type,shallow-vertical splitting type and the regenerated barks.Lignans content was not significantly different between the original and regenerated barks of all Eucommia ulmoides types.
