论高校教师层面的教学与科研关系

On the Relationship between Teaching and Scientific Research at the Level of College Teachers

目前高校内出现教学、人才培养与科研之间的正相关性，教师层面的教学与科研呈现负相关性的研究结果，本文在详细论述教师层面科研与教学关系的基础上，根据当前一些高校发展格局，分析了教师层面教学与科研存在的问题，并提出了解决策略，以期促使高校教学和科研协调发展。

Nowadays, the relationship between teaching, the cultivation of students and scientific research in college is positive--going, while the relationship between teaching and scientitic research at the level of college teachers is negative--going. Based on the relationship between teaching and scientific research at the level of college teachers and according to the present developing situation of some colleges, the article attempts to analyze the problems between teaching and scientific research at the level of college analyze the existing problems and put forward some strategies to promote the development of teaching and scientific research in college together.
