摘要
目的：研究延胡索与全叶延胡索红外光谱的鉴别依据。方法：用统一的方法测定和比较了上述２种样品的石油醚、乙醚和水提取物的红外光谱。结果：这２种样品的红外光谱有明显而稳定的差异。结论：该光谱差异可以作为鉴别延胡索和全叶延胡索的根据。
Objective: To study the IR spectra of Rhizoma Corydalis and Rhizoma Corydalis Repentis. Method: The petroleum ether,ethyl ether and water extracts obtained by the same isolating procedure from Rhizoma Corydalis and Rhizoma Corydalis Repentis were determined by IR spectrophotometry. Results: The IR spectral evidences of the two samples showed distinct characteristics and good repeatability.T5HZConclusion: The IR spectral evidences can be used to differentiate Rhizoma Corydalis and Rhizoma Corydalis Repentis.
