摘要
目的:以氧化低密度脂蛋白处理培养的兔主动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)致细胞增殖,观察阿魏酸钠(SF)对SMC增殖的影响。方法:应用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平,氚胸腺嘧啶核苷(3HTdR)掺入实验观察SMC的DNA合成。结果:SF能明显降低培养液中LPO水平的升高,并呈剂量依赖性地减少SMC3HTdR的掺入量。结论:SF能明显抑制SMC增殖,其作用机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of sodium ferulate on the proliferation and lipid peroxidation of aortic smooth muscle cells(SMC). Method: Using experimental models of proliferation of cultured rabbit aortic SMC induced by oxidizedlow density lipoprotein,the level of lipoperoxide(LPO)was determined by thiobarbituric acid reactive substance(TBARS)method and3Hthymidine(3HTdR)incorporation was used to observe DNA synthesis. Results:BZSF markedly reduced the increase of medium LPO and inhibited the3HTdR incorporation in a dosedependent manner. Conclusing: SF can inhibif the proliferation of SMC.The inhibitory effect may be related to the inhibition of lipid peroxidation.
