在概括现代医学对肥胖相关性肾病（ORG）认识的基础上,运用中医理论探讨该病的病因病机,认为＂脾虚＂为ORG之病本,而痰浊瘀血为病之标,治疗则应以中医辨证为基础,标本兼治,做到疾病的早预防和早治疗.
