摘要
目的:建立复方黄连液中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法.方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(35:65,用磷酸调节pH值至3.0);检测波长为345 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:室温;进样量为10 μL.结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.1208-0.6159 μg范围内样品含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.63%,RSD%=1.03%.结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于复方黄连液的质量控制.
Objective: To establish a compound berberine solution method for determination of berberine hydrochloride. Methods: HPLC column was Kromasil C18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (35:65, with phosphoric acid to adjust pH, 3.0); The detection wavelength was 345 nm; flow rate: 1.0 mL/min; column temperature: room temperature; The injection volume was 10 μL. Results: The range of 0.1208-0.6159 μg berberine content and peak area within the sample showed a good linear relationship, r=0.9998, average recovery was 98.63%, RSD%=1.03. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, accurate, and can be used for quality control of compound berberine solution.
