摘要 目的探讨几种栓子的多普勒超声信号特征与栓子性质的关系,为临床检测区分脑循环中栓子提供依据。方法制作直径在0.5~1.0mm大小的栓子,包括全血、富血小板、贫血小板、动脉粥样硬化斑块、脂肪、空气栓子,建立血循环活动性微栓兔模型,采用TC2020S/EME型经颅多普勒仪和2.0MHz探头检测栓子信号,分析多普勒超声信号与栓子性质之间的关系。结果多普勒超声技术可检测到滴入兔动脉内的各类栓子,不同微栓其多普勒信号的强度和持续时间不同。结论多普勒超声在一定程度上能区分不同性质的栓子,为临床选择不同的预防和治疗方法提供了一个方便可行的手段。 Objective \ To research different embolic materials of the Doppler signal that might prove useful in discriminating between different types of particulate cerebral emboli. Methods\ The following embolic materials of measured sized (range of maximum dimension, 0.5 ̄1.0 mm) were introduced into the rabbit model: thrombus, plateletrich, plateletpoor, atheromatous, fat, and air microembolic. The ultrasound examination was carried out continuously during studies using transcranial Doppler (TC2020S/EME) with a 2.0 MHz probe. Results\ All emboli introduced were clearly detected by transcranial Doppler, there was a highly relation between different type emboli and the Doppler signal. Conclusions\ The Doppler ultrasound might to discriminate the arterial emboli composed of different materials, These results showed that the Doppler ultrasound would be very useful for selecting specific pharmacological treatment in individual patients.
