电子显微镜术、免疫荧光技术在肾活检组织诊断中的应用

Electron Microscope and Immunofluorescence Technical Applying on Diagnosis of Renal Biopsy

用光学显微镜、免疫荧光技术、电子显微镜对２７ 例肾活检组织进行系统观察。结果表明，对各种肾脏疾病能得出准确的形态学分类的病理诊断；可发现在光学显微镜下无明显特异性变化的肾脏疾病；对某些肾脏疾病能作出早期诊断；能鉴定出不同类型免疫球蛋白的沉积。提示临床和病理多项指标相结合的诊断，对观察肾脏疾病的病理变化、判断患者的预后、指导临床治疗具有重要意义。

To analyse value on diagnosis of renal biopsy with electron microscope and immunofluorscence technic,the systematic observation in 27 cases renal biopsy were done under optical microscope,immunofluorscence and electron microscope.Results showed that the final diagnosis of morphologic classes were obtained with regard to different kideny diseases;the kide my diseases which was no obvious change under optical microscope were discovered;the early diagnosis could be made to some kideny diseases;the different type deposit of immunoglobulin could be identified.This indicated that it's important significance that manifold indexes were examined to observing pathologic change of kideny diseases,judging prognosis of patients,and guiding clinical treatment.
