摘要
采用大鼠肾动脉夹闭方法制备肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,缺血60min 后再灌注30min ,肾皮质丙二醛( M D A) 含量及钙含量较缺血组增高,过氧化氢酶( C A T) 活性低于缺血组。盐酸小檗胺可明显改善再灌注后的组织学损伤,降低 M D A 及钙含量,提高 C A T 活性。结果表明,小檗胺可以减轻氧自由基的损害作用,减轻细胞内钙超载,对缺血肾组织有一定保护作用。
The experimental models of the renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats were set up through clamping the renal arteries in situ for 60min and reperfusion for 30min.The content MDA and calcium in reperfusion group increased as compared with that in ischemia group.CAT activity was lower than in ischemia group.Berbamine (BA) can significantly improve histiomorphological injury,and can reduce content MDA and Calcium,at the same time can promote the CAT activity.The experiments indicate that BA can reduce OFR injury and calcium overload injury,and can also protect renal reperfusion injury.
