河北省能源结构分析

在河北省能源生产结构和消费结构中,煤炭均占到80%以上;在能源工业分行业固定投资中煤炭发电投资超过了70%;在能源消费总量中第二产业能源消费量超过80%;河北省能源对外依存度高达69.21%。基于对河北省能源结构的分析得出:河北省属于能源输入省份;产业结构能耗不合理;以燃煤为主的发电投资比重过大等。由此河北省应大力发展可再生能源、开发核能及煤炭转化和洁净技术,调整经济结构,以实现能源安全和可持续发展。

Of the energy production and consumption structure in Hebei Province, coal is over 80%. Investment in the power plants burning coal is over 70% of the total fixed-asset investment in energy industry. Of the total energy consumption, second industry consumes more than 80%. The energy dependence in Hebei Province is as high as 69.21%. Analysis shows that Hebei is the energy import province; the energy consumption in industrial structure is not reasonable; the investment in power plants burning coal is too high. Therefore, Hebei shall make great efforts to develop renewable energy, nuclear energy and coal transformation and cleaning technology, and to adjust economic structure so as to achieve energy security and sustainable development.
