摘要
目的观察家兔血清钙、镁含量与癫痫发作的关系。方法30只家兔随机分为对照组、青霉素致痫组和致痫并注射钙剂组。分别于不同时间测定其血清及大脑皮层钙镁含量。结果正常家兔血清和大脑皮质钙与镁都有一定浓度比值,前者为4.19±1.73,后者为1.80±1.37。青霉素致痫组家兔血清Ca2+浓度降低(P<0.05),但血清镁含量及大脑皮质钙、镁含量均无显著改变(P>0.05)。当静注CaCl2溶液抑制致痫家兔大脑皮层痫样放电时,血清和大脑皮层钙、镁含量均增高(P<0.01),血清钙镁浓度比值不变,而皮层钙镁浓度比值增高(P<0.01)。结论升高血钙可抑制癫痫发作,其机制可能与脑组织钙、镁含量升高有关,钙离子作用可能更为重要。
Objective To observe the relationships between the concentrations of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in serum and cortex and epileptic seizures in rabbits.Method Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into control,penicillin induced epileptic and calcium treated epileptic groups,the contents of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in serum and cortex were measured in different time.Result Certain ratios of contents of Ca 2+ to Mg 2+ were revealed in serum and cortex of normal rabbits, which are 4.19±1.73 and 1.80±1.37 respectively. In penicillin induced epileptic groups serum Ca 2+ was significantly decreased (P<0.05,compared with control group), but Mg 2+ in serum and Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in cortex were not changed (P>0.05).When the cortex epileptiform activities were inhibited by intravenous injection of CaCl 2 solution, Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in serum and cortex increased(all P<0.05), the ratio of Ca 2+ to Mg 2+ were unchanged in serum but increased in cortex (P<0.01).Conclusion The elevated Ca 2+ level in serum inhibits epileptic seizures, which may be related with increases of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ in brain tissue and Ca 2+ may play a more important role.
