该技术通过优化200kA铝电解槽焙烧启动的装炉、启动方法、分流方式以及启动后期技术条件的保持等环节,极大地降低了电解槽启动成本,为启动后期获得良好的技术经济指标和延长槽寿命奠定了基础,成功应用在连城分公司200kA铝电解槽系列,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
By Optimizing the loading, start -up, current distribution and later technical conditions of 200kA aluminium cell, the technology greatly reduced tests of cell start - up and laid a foundation for good technical and economic indexes. The technology has been successfully applied in Liancheng 200kA aluminium cell and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
