摘要
介绍了密封罩板在电解铝生产过程中的作用;提出一种新型密封罩板的设计方案,采用有限元方法对其进行技术分析;试验数据表明,该新型密封罩板的强度得到提高、密封性能得到保证、热辐射得到改善。
The paper introduced the function of the pot hood plate during the product process of the electrolytic aluminium and given a design method of a new pot hood plate and its technical parameters were analyzed through the finite element methods. The result proved that the strength of new pot hood plate was enhanced, the leak tightness and heat radiation were improved as well.
