摘要
目的:探讨榆黄蘑饮料抑制肿瘤和拮抗环磷酰胺毒副作用的影响。方法:在抑制肿瘤实验中,50只小鼠分成空白组、环磷酰胺组(85mg/kg)和3个榆黄蘑饮料组,分别灌胃蒸馏水或3个不同浓度(165、330和660g·L-1,0.1mL·10g-1体重)的榆黄蘑饮料,30d后,环磷酰胺组和榆黄蘑饮料组接种S180荷瘤。在接种肿瘤细胞的第1d和第5d,环磷酰胺组腹腔注射环磷酰胺85mg/kg。8d后,处死小鼠,检测胸腺指数和肿瘤块重。在拮抗环磷酰胺毒副作用实验中,分组同上,第22d及第27d环磷酰胺组和饮料组小鼠均灌胃85mg/kg的环磷酰胺,第30d小鼠眼眶取血,检测血清中NO和MDA的含量及SOD、ALT和AST的活性。结果:在抑制肿瘤实验中,榆黄蘑饮料对S180荷瘤的抑瘤率比空白组显著增高(P<0.05或0.01),胸腺指数比环磷酰胺组也显著增高(P<0.01)。在拮抗环磷酰胺毒副作用实验中,与环磷酰胺组相比,榆黄蘑中、高剂量饮料组的SOD活性明显上升(P<0.01),榆黄蘑饮料组的MDA含量明显下降(P<0.05),ALT和AST活性明显下降(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:榆黄蘑饮料能够抑制小鼠S180肿瘤和拮抗环磷酰胺对小鼠的毒副作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor and anti-antagonization of side effects caused by cyclophosphaide of Pleurotus citrinopileatus juice beverage( PCJB) in mice.Methods: Mice were divided into a control,a cyclophoshaide ( 85mg /kg ) and three PCJB groups for anti-tumor of S180 test. They were orally administered with distilled water( for control and cyclophoshaide groups) and three different doses of PCJB( 165, 330 and 660g·L-1,0.1mL·10g-1 body) for 30d.The cyclophoshaide and beverage groups injected S180 ascites tumor at the right oxter of mice.The cyclophoshaide group was administered 85mg /kg of cyclophosphamide in the 1st day and 5th day. After 8d,the tumor weight and spleen index were measured. In antagonism of side effects caused by cyclophosphaide test,ibid division in mice. The control and model group mice were administered 85mg /kg of cyclophosphamide in the 22th and 27th day.The contents of NO and MDA and the activities of SOD, ALT and AST of serum in mice were determined in the 30th day.Results: The inhibiting tumor rates of PCJB were significantly higher than control( P 0.05,0.01) and the spleen index( P 0.01) of PCJB were significantly higher than cyclophoshamide group in the anti-tumor test. Compared with the model group,the PCJB treatments significantly increased the activity of SOD( P 0.01) ,and decreased the content of MDA( P 0.05) and activity of ALT and AST( P 0.05 or 0.01) on serum of mice in antagonism of side effects caused by cyclophosphaide test. Conclusion: PCJB improved the anti-tumor and antagonism of side effects caused by cyclophosphaide in mice.
