摘要 实验针对影响蜂蜜近红外光谱检测模型建立的颜色因素进行了研究。通过对不同颜色蜂蜜在可见光区的吸收光谱与光密度值的比较,对蜂蜜样品的颜色进行分类;在此基础上,对不同颜色蜂蜜建立的水分、还原糖和蔗糖近红外光谱检测模型的预测效果进行了分析。结果表明,蜂蜜颜色与可见光谱存在一定的相关性,以不同颜色蜂蜜混合建立蜂蜜水分、还原糖、蔗糖含量的定标模型相关性能较高,预测相关系数和预测均方根误差均符合要求。 The effects of honey color on determination model establishment of near infrared spectrum were studied. Through the comparison of absorbing spectrum within the range of visible light for different color of honey samples,the color of honey samples were divided into three groups.Determination models for contents of water, reducing sugar,sucrose of honey were established and analyzed. Results showed that there were relationship between color of honey and absorbing spectrum.The model for three indexes established based on different color of honey posses higher correlation coefficient with better predicting ability.
