摘要
目的:建立了快速准确检测水产品、水发食品中的甲醛含量的方法和技术。方法:本研究采用微波萃取法和超声波萃取法代替经典的水蒸汽蒸馏法,利用甲醛在酸性条件下与2,4-二硝基苯肼反应生成2,4-二硝基苯腙,利用高效液相色谱法测定甲醛的衍生物。结果:该方法线性关系良好,线性回归方程为Y=1120.13098x+311.61308,线性范围为0.1~10μg/mL,相关系数为0.99801,加标回收率在92.3%~110.2%,用于实际样品测定,结果满意。结论:该方法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏、适用性强,能满足水产品、水发食品中甲醛的测定。
Objective: In order to detect formaldehyde in aquatic products and water-risen food fast and accurately, the determination method was established.Methods: Microwave extraction and ultrasonic extraction method took place of the classic steam distillation.The formaldehyde in the sample reacted with the derivation reagent,2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine,in an acidic medium to form 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine,then HPLC was used in determination of formaldehyde derivatives.Results: Results showed that the method had good linear relationship. The linear regression equation was established as Y =1120.13098X +311.61308,with linearity range from 0.1~10μg /mL and correlation coefficient of 0.99801.The recovery range was 92.3%~110.2%.The methods for the actual samples detect got satisfactory results.Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,accurate,sensitive and applicable for the determination of formaldehyde in aquatic products and water-risen food.
