摘要
用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定布洛芬片剂的含量。DSC法定量分析的原理是布洛芬加热时发生熔化,熔化所需热量与布洛芬的量成正比,反映在DSC曲线上,其熔融峰面积与布洛芬的量成正比,因此求出峰面积就可计算出布洛芬的含量。布洛芬片剂(5个批号)的含量相当于标示量的99.59%,CV为0.95%(n=15)。片剂辅料不干扰测定。本法用量少,不需要分离辅料,精确度高。
Differential scanning oalorimetry (DSO) was applied to assay of ibnprofen tablets. The area under the melting curve which indicates the melting heat of the drug in the DSO figure of ibuprofen was directly proportional to the weight of the drug. The average recovery of ibuprofen in the tablets was 99.59%. The 0V was 0.946 %. Tablet excipients do not interfere with the assay. The method is accurate, rapid and reproducible.
