摘要
用气相色谱-质谱联用初步鉴定了中国柴胡属(Bupleurum)19种植物(花期)挥发油的化学成分131种。其中脂肪族化合物45种,占总数的34％,可作为柴胡属植物挥发油的化学成分特征。本研究结果为柴胡属的植物化学分类学研究提供了依据。
Volatile oils were extracted respectively by steam distillation from the whole plant of 19 species (at the folwering stage; of the genus Bupleurum in China. 131 chemical constituents of those oils wore identified by means of GO/MS combination. Based on the results of the identification, the authers suggest that the aliphatic compounds could be regarded as the characteristic chemical constituents of the volatile oils of the genus Bupleurum.
