高等教育大众化进程中我校转型发展的实践

Practice on the Transformation and Development of Our School in Popularization Process of Higher Education

根据高等教育大众化进程的现实,我校在新世纪初就开始酝酿转型,并在之后的十年中一如既往地坚持转型发展。我校转型发展的主要标志性成果包括:转型已经成为全校共识,学科专业调整成绩显著,本科教学质量稳步提升,本科管理体系基本形成,应用人才培养已经起步,社会服务空间有效拓展。但是,我校的转型尚未到位,当前的重要任务是在现有的基础上抓住"深化"和"展开"来继续推进。所谓"深化",主要是在思路上抓住核心问题深入思考,以形成更加具体深入的思想认识;所谓"展开",主要是在行动上抓住主要方面展开实践,以取得更加具体丰富的转型成果。

In light of the popularization process of higher education, our school deliberated on the transformation at the turn of the new century, and has continually promoted the transformation over the past ten years. And the symbolic achievements in our school＇s transformation include the consensus reached by the whole school on the transformation, the marked achievement in adjusting disciplines and the steady improvement of four-year teaching quality and the formation of administrative system as well as the training of application-orientated personnel and the effective expansion of social services. There are, however, important tasks for further promoting the transformation of our school, ＂deepening thinking on core problems＂ and ＂strengthening the practice＂ in particular so that more achievements will be made in the transformation of our school.
