摘要
高校辅导员的职业倦怠已经客观存在并日益受到关注,从社会学角度分析,辅导员多重性角色冲突、多样性角色不清、被迫性角色中断、重复性角色失败是辅导员产生职业倦怠的重要原因。对策是厘清辅导员工作事务,建立学生信息网络,完善辅导员发展机制,辅导员加强自我调适和自身建设。
Occupational weariness of college counselors has already existed and also gained increasing attention. From the sociological perspective, this occupational weariness mainly results from the conflict of their multiple roles, unclear but diverse roles, disconnected passive roles, and failure in their repetitive role. Countermeasures to deal with their occupational weariness can be to make clear routine work of college counselors and set up students' information network as well as to improve the mechanism for counselors' development and strengthen their self-adjustment and self-improvement.
