摘要
应用型本科院校必须以学生综合实践能力培养为本位,学生实践能力的培养主要是通过实践教学来实施的。公共事业管理专业社会实践教学面临着实习基地的非稳定性、实践活动安排的随意性、学生在实践过程中的被动性等问题。《社区管理》实践教学改革采取了以下措施:一是以项目为依托建立起学校和实践基地的互助协作机制,增强实践基地的稳定性和连续性;二是以老带新,实现社会实践资源共享,确保社会实践课程真正取得实效;三是以学生为主导进行独立社会实践,变学生被动参与为自主行动。这些措施较好地解决了上述问题,对公共事业管理专业社会实践教学的改革及学生综合实践能力的培养颇具启发意义。
In application-oriented four-year colleges and universities, students' practice abilities should be the main part of the training, which can be achieved through practice teaching. Social practice teaching of Public Utili- ties Administration has such problems as unstable practice bases, arbitrary arrangement of practice activities and students' being passive. Practice teaching of Community Administration has taken the following measures: First, school-base cooperative mechanism supported by projects has been established to enhance the stability and continuity of practice bases. Second, social resources are shared to ensure the effectiveness of social practice teaching. Third, students' passive participation has been changed into autonomous actions through independent student-led social practice. These measures can solve the above problems, which are of great significance in curriculum reform of Public Utilities Administration and the training of students' comprehensive practice abilities.
