摘要
质粒ｐＵＧＤ１２０１经扩增、提取、纯化、酶切等一系列过程而获得了Ｗ染色体特异性ＤＮＡ片段，继而获得用地高辛标记的Ｗ染色体ＤＮＡ探针。用该探针通过原位杂交法对鸡Ｘ期胚盘细胞成功地进行了性别鉴定。
