摘要
设计了一种基于LM3S615微控制器的开环变频调速系统。论述了变频调速系统软硬件的设计方案,对整个系统的主回路、驱动电路、保护电路、控制电路及软件系统进行了系统的阐述。主电路部分给出了整流、滤波、逆变器、开关管驱动电路等外围器件的参数计算。控制电路以LM3S615实现SPWM信号的输出。设计时基于对系统安全性的考虑,加入了系统的保护电路。该交流小功率变频器不仅具有功耗低、成本低的特点,而且具有结构简单、运行可靠等优点。
This paper designs open-loop frequency control system based on LM3S615 microcontroller.It presents the implementation of the control system of the frequency converter,the main circuit,driving circuit,protection circuit,control circuit and software systems were systematically described.Calculation methods of rectifier,filter,inverter,switch driver circuit parameters are explained in detal in the main circuit part.Using LM3S615 to design SPWM control circuit.For the sake of security of system,the system’s protection circuitry is designed. This AC Small-power inverter not only has the features of low power consumption and low costing,but also has some advatages such as simple structure,reliable and so on.
