Optimization and simulated planning of jigger fleet

首先运用全局最优化方法， 在环境参数取预测均值时， 对不同鱿鱼钓渔船队方案进行了全局最优化论证， 然后又在计入了不确定因素影响的情况下， 运用仿真方法对鱿鱼钓渔船队进行了多方案、多目标仿真选优， 得出了满意的鱿鱼钓渔船队编队方案， 其论证方法及结论可作为中国各大渔业公司参考。

A whole optimization is first adopted to evaluate different jigger fleet when the mean value of the environment parameters predicted is taken into account. Considering uncertain factors, optimization is then done for jigger fleet by using simulated method on multi-schemes and multi-goals,a satisfied scheme is obtained. The methods and conclusions presented can be used as reference for fishing companies.
