摘要
随着分子生物学在植物病理学上的广泛应用,许多病原物的无毒基因和植物抗病基因被克隆出来,加深了对植物抗病基因的功能和植物抗病机理的了解。本文对已克隆的植物抗病基因的结构及其功能、植物抗病位点的组成、新的抗病位点产生的机理以及植物抗病基因可能的进化途径进行了综述。
With the application of molecular biology in plant pathology, many plant resistance genes and avr genes of plant pathogen were cloned subsequently, which deepened the understanding of the function of plant resistance genes and the mechanism of plant resistance. This paper summarized the structure and function of plant resistance genes, the composition of plant resistance loci, the production mechanism of new resistance loci and the possible evolution paths of plant resistance gene.
