糖尿病患者外周血白细胞糖皮质激素受体改变的初步研究

A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON THE CHANGES OF LEUCOCYTIC RECEPTORS IN DIABETIC PATIENTS

以[~3H]地塞米松([~3H]Dex)为配体,应用放射配体结合法,测定了22例糖尿病患者外周血单个核(MNL)和多形核白细胞(PML)的糖皮质激素受体(GCR)。20例无急性并发症者GCR明显低于对照组,2例伴酮症酸中毒者GCR降低更明显。GCR降低的程度与病情有一定相关,与病程无关。血浆皮质醇明显升高,但与GCR无明显的相关。

The numbers of glucocorticoid receptors (GCR) in peripheral mononuclear (MNL) and polymorphonuclear leucocytes (PML) were estimated by radioligand binding method in 20 diabetic patients (type Ⅰ 5, type Ⅱ 15). GCR in diabetics were significantly lower than those of the controls. MNL GCR in diabetics and control group were 3383 ± 495 and 4462 ± 962 sites/cell (P<0.01) respectively, and PML GCR were 4270 ± 627 and 5483 ± 1146 sites/cell (P<0.01) respectively. GCR levels in another 2 patients with ketoacidosis were even lower, 1926 and 2438 sites/cell in MNL, and 2659 and 2974 sites/cell in PML respectively. However, plasma cortisol levels were increased significantly in diabetics.
