腹腔镜及开腹子宫次全切除术对卵巢功能的影响分析

Influence of Laparoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy and Subtotal Abdominal Hysterectomy on Ovarian Function

目的探讨腹腔镜及开腹子宫次全切除术对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2006年1月～2007年12月于我院进行腹腔镜及开腹子宫次全切除术的60例患者为研究对象,根据手术方式将其分为A组(开腹子宫次全切除术组)30例和B组(腹腔镜子宫次全切除术组)30例,比较两组患者的术前、术后的血清P、FSH、LH、E2水平。结果治疗后6、12及24个月B组的血清P、E2水平均高于A组,而血清FSH、LH水平则低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜子宫次全切除术对于患者的卵巢功能影响较传统术式小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the influence of laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy and subtotal abdominal hysterectomy on ovarian function. Methods We selected 60 case treated by laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy and subtotal abdominal hysterectomy in our hospital from Jan 2006 to Dec 2007 and divided them into Group A （subtotal abdominal hysterectomy group, 30 cases） and Group B （laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy group, 30 cases）according to the operative mode.The levels of serum P,FSH,LH and E2 before and after the operation were detected and compared. Results The levels of serum P and E2 of Group B at 6,12 and 24months after the operation were higher than those of Group A,while the levels of serum FSH and LH were lower than those of Group A （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）, with a significant difference. Conclusion The influence of laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy on ovarian function is less than that of traditional operation,and it is worthy of generalization and application.
