我国正进入轨道交通建设的高峰期,针对如何使交通基础设施与城市开发建设协调发展的重要课题,在总结TOD开发模式基本概念和主要特征的基础上,通过具体设计案例,对城市轨道站点区域的规划设计方法进行初步探讨。

Rail transit construction is stepping into the peak period in China.How to coordinate urban development and transport basic facilities construction is a very important topic.Based on summation of the basic concept and main features of TOD pattern and by study of design case,this paper makes preliminary exploration of the planning for urban rail transit station zone.
