摘要
计算机辅助工艺规划(CAPP)系统是交织于产品设计、工艺设计及生产计划活动的纽带,是整个制造系统中的重要环节,对产品质量和制造成本具有极为重要的影响。分析了国内制造企业传统的工艺设计及管理现状,结合企业的具体应用实例介绍了CAPP系统的功能结构及相应的技术创新。
The Computer Aided Process Planning system is a tie among product design, process design and production planning activities. It＇s an important link in the entire manufacturing system.It＇s an extremely importance to product quality and anufacturing cost. This paper analyzes the actual state of process design and management in domestic manufacturers. It introduces the functional structure of a CAPP system specifically applied to an actual enterprises and the some corresponding technological innovations.
