摘要
为探讨哮喘患儿各期血清ECP、IL—5、sIL—2R和IgE水平及其相关性和临床意义,用37C凝血1h的血清,以法马西亚CAP系统检测哮喘各期和对照组ECP,以双抗体夹心ELISA法测定IL—5、sIL—2R和IgE。结果表明ECP、IgE和sIL—2R均为发作期和稳定期高于缓解期和对照组,发作期不同程度高于稳定期,IL—各期阳性率为A 51.43%、AP 56.0%、S 30.77%、N 10.0%,IL—5分别与sIL—2R和ECP成正相关,sIL—2R分别与ECP和IgE呈正相关。提示它们均参与了哮喘的发病,测定各指标可作为监测病情和指导抗炎治疗的有效方法。
To explore serum ECP,IL-5,sIL-2R and IgE levels,correlation and their clinical significance in asthmatic children in different times. The ECP level of serum at 37 C coagulated for an hour was assayed with pharmasia CAP system; The IL-5,sIL-2R and IgE levels were measured in double-antibody sandwich ELISA technique. The result showed that ECP,IgE and sIL-2R levels were higher in acute attack and stable stages than those in remission stage and control group;The levels in acute attack stage were higher to different extent than those in stable stage;Positive rates of IL-5 are A 51. 43% ,AP 56. 0% ,S 30. 77% and N 10. 0%, respectively;Moreover,IL-5 level positively correlated with sIL-2R and ECP levels,respectively;sIL-2R positively correlated with ECP and IgE levels, respectively. This suggests that they all involve in pathogenesis of asthma and determination of those indices can become effective means of monitoring the severity of disease and conducting ant iinflammation treatment.
