血清降钙素的表达对肺癌诊断的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨肺癌患者血清降钙素(CT)的表达对肺癌诊断的临床意义。方法用酶联免疫法检测血清CT含量,用电化学发光法检测血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角蛋白片断19(CYFRA21-1)含量。结果肺癌患者血清CT含量明显高于健康对照组,化疗前后比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清CT阳性率与病理分型无关(P>0.05),与临床分期有关(P<0.01),CT在肺癌中的阳性表达与CEA在肺癌中的阳性表达有差异(P<0.01),与NSE和CYFRA21-1无差异(P>0.05)。结论血清CT水平动态监测是诊断肺癌、观察疗效、判断预后的重要指标之一。 Objective To explore the clinical value of measuring the serum calcitonion(CT) levels in patients with lung cancer.Methods CT levels in serum were investigated with the enzyme linked immunosorbend assay(ELISA),and the caricinoembryonic antigen(CEA),neuron specific enolase(NSE),CYFRA21-1 levels in serum were detected by the electrochemiluminescene.Results The mean serum CT level was significantly higher in patients with lung cancer than healthy subjects,and there were significant difference between before chemotherapy and after chemotherapy(P〈0.05).No correlation was observed between the CT positive rate and pathologic tape(P〈0.05).The CT positive rate was related to the clinical staging(P〈0.01),and there were significant differences in positive rate of CT expression and the positive rate of CEA expression(P〈0.01),but have no difference with NSE and CYFRA21-1(P〉0.05).Conclusion The dynamic monitor of CT levels in serum is an important index in the diagnosis of lung cancer,observation of curative effect and prognostic judgement.
