Yunlong District,Xuzhou pre-marital Check People and Their Needs in Reproductive Health Knowledge

目的了解本地区进行婚前检查的未婚青年生殖健康的知识、态度和行为,以及对生殖健康服务的需求。方法采用随机抽样方法选择2009年1月至12月在本所进行自愿婚前检查的人群进行调查。结果婚检青年对各种常用避孕方法知晓率较高,但正确使用率低;对不宜采用的避孕方法如体外射精、安全期避孕认知水平低;大部分青年对性传播疾病有一定了解,但对传播途径,防治方法等方面的问题回答正确率不高;97%的婚检青年认为自己有必要了解生殖健康知识,但了解程度有限。绝大部分婚检青年认为有必要接受生殖健康教育,希望了解各种相关知识,依次为安全性行为、安全有效的避孕方法、孕前应注意事项、性传播疾病的防治、性生理与性心理等。结论婚前检查人群生殖健康知识认知情况不容乐观,应为该人群多渠道的提供生殖健康教育和服务,以满足其需求。

Objective To understand the areas of pre-marital check unmarried youth reproductive health knowledge,attitudes and behavior,and reproductive health services.Methods A random sampling method was selected in January 2009 to December in the voluntary pre-marital check the population investigated.Results The premarital examination of youth on a variety of commonly used methods of contraception Awareness high,but proper use is low;on the appropriate use of contraceptive methods,such as ejaculation,low level of rhythm recognition;most young people have a certain understanding of sexually transmitted diseases,But on the mode of transmission,prevention methods,and questions answered correctly was not high;97% of the premarital examination young people think they need to understand reproductive health knowledge,but understanding is limited.Most of the premarital examination that is necessary for the youth to reproductive health education,want to know all kinds of knowledge,followed by safe sex,safe and effective contraceptive methods,pre-pregnancy precautions,prevention and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases,sexual physiology and sexual psychology.Conclusion The premarital examination of reproductive health knowledge among cognition is not optimistic,people should be more channels for the provision of reproductive health education and services to meet their needs.
