癌症患者抑郁状态与支持性心理疏导的相关因素分析

Aanlysing the Related Factors Between the Depression of Cancer Sufferer and the Positive Psychological Direction

目的通过收集40例癌症患者的抑郁状态与支持性心理疏导的情况,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法利用回顾性方式进行讨论,采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)进行评定,对40例癌症患者抑郁状态各因子及各治疗阶段相关因素进行分析。结果研究组40例癌症患者抑郁状态各因子在各治疗阶段之间比较,均有明显变化。治疗前后有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论癌症患者的抑郁状态与支持性心理疏导密切相关,应重视支持性心理疏导对改善癌症患者抑郁状态的重要作用。

Objective Objective Approach the relation between the depression of cancer sufferer and the positive psychological direction upon forty examples.Methods discussing in the way of review and evaluating with the brief psychiatric rating scale and then analysing the related factors between all elements of the depression of the forty cancer patients and the every stage of therapy.Results the depression of the forty cancer sufferers have been changing evidently at every stage of therapy and there have been remarkable difference comparing the before with the after of therapy（P〈0.01）.Conclusion they are related closely between the depression of cancer sufferer and the positive psychological direction.the importance should be considered that the positive psychological direction improve the depression of cancer sufferer.
