摘要
根据《素问·五常政大论》“气反者，病在上取之下，病在下取之上”的论述，认为凡是临床外在证候表现与内在病理变化不相一致时，均可从其病之“本”，以“反治”之法论治，并列举上下、阴阳、寒热、虚实诸验案引申其临床指导意义。
InaccordancewiththeexplanationofQireversemeansthatthelowerwouldbeusedtotreattheailmentintheupperandviceversainDiscussiononPrinciplesofFiveNormalitiesPlainQuestions,theauthorbelieveswhenevertheexternalsymptomsandmanifestationsarenotidenticalwiththeintermalpathologicalchange,thediseasescouldbetreatedfromtheoriginofthediseasewiththereversetherapyandalsoliststheexperiencedcasesoftheupperandlower,yinandyang,oldandheat,excessanddeficiencyforexpandingitsclinicalsignificance.
