髓系肉瘤11例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 髓系肉瘤是由髓系前体细胞在骨髓外部位形成的实体性肿瘤，大多由急性髓系白血病（AML）原始细胞髓外浸润所形成，也可发生在AML发病之前，作为AML的先兆表现，但有少部分病例可始终不进展为急性白血病。髓系肉瘤在临床上较为罕见，我们对11例髓系肉瘤患者的起病特点、临床特征、诊治及转归进行了分析，并结合文献复习以提高对该病的认识。
