摘要
目的:检测应用复方植物性神经酰胺乳液后C3H鼠水通道蛋白-3 mRNA(AQP3 mRNA)的表达。方法:分别用复方植物性神经酰胺乳液、15%尿素霜、生理盐水外涂于3组小鼠腹部,30 d后处死,通过实时定量PCR检测皮肤内AQP3 mRNA表达含量。结果:复方植物性神经酰胺乳液和尿素霜处理过的皮肤AQP3 mRNA表达量比单用生理盐水明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:复方植物性神经酰胺乳液和尿素霜能减缓未成熟角质形成细胞的增殖,恢复皮肤屏障功能。
Objective: To assess the influence of vegetable- ceramide (VC) emulsion on aquaporin 3 mRNA (AQP3mRNA)in C3H mice. Methods: VC emulsion, 15% urea cream and 9% sodium chloride solution were ap- plied on the abdomen of C3H mice. The mice were killed after 30 days, and then, AQP3 mRNA was measured with real - time PCR. Result: The level of AQP3 mRNA was lower in the groups treated with VC emulsion and 15% urea cream than in the group treated with 9% sodium chloride solution. Conclusion: VC emulsion and 15% urea cream can decrease proliferation of keratinocytes and resume the barrier function of epidermis:
