扁平苔藓样角化病1例

摘要临床资料患者女,65岁.因右大腿丘疹4年余于2009年5月17日来我院就诊.患者4年前偶然发现右大腿出现米粒大淡褐色斑疹,皮损中央有轻度凹陷,无自觉症状,未予诊治,皮损逐渐隆起并增大至蚕豆大,为明确诊断前来就诊.患者平素体健,无不良嗜好,否认家族史和传染病史,各系统检查无异常.
