摘要
当前我国城际轨道交通发展方兴未艾,在区域城市群的一体化和同城化中发挥了重要的基础作用。但由于理论和规则相对滞后于实践,使行业的持续发展受到了一定挑战。通过明晰定位、建章立制、确立标准、政策支持等措施,确保城际轨道交通能够在正确的道路上健康快速发展,为区域城市群的建设发挥更大的促进作用。
Rail transit is developing vigorously in China,and plays an important and basic role on regional urban integration.However,the sustainable development of this industry encounters great challenge because both the theory and criterion lag behind practice.It is an urgent work to study some pivotal problems,to make sure that the inter-city rail transit develops smoothly and rapidly.Some measures,such as a clear inter-city rail transit orientation,rational rules and standards,sustainable policy and so on shall be taken.Through these measures,the inter-city rail transit will exert more stimulative functions on regional urban integration.
